What costs are applied to a service visit?

Authorized-Service-Visit (“ASV”): You may request an Authorized Service visit by a Service Technician. Service will be performed at the location during business hours and the scheduled visit will be agreed by all parties involved and will be appropriately coordinated with the component and or part’s shipment/tracking information. IF AN OFF-HOUR VISIT IS REQUESTED BY CUSTOMER (OUTSIDE OF NORMAL OPERATING HOUR AND/OR ON WEEKENDS), CUSTOMER MAY BE SUBJECT TO SERVICE TECHNICIAN’S OVERTIME CHARGES.
