Menu Boards:
Menu boards are not included in the Camper Cams support experience scope. This is instead handled by your CBW Support team, you can find more assistance at http://help.campbowwow.com/ (7AM - 6PM MST).
Onsite Service Needed?
If an onsite service visit is required for hardware services outside of the provided warranty period, or if they are caused by 3rd party ISP or IT companies, camp will be liable for the onsite services charges market rates.
