I can't hear my door chime!

Are you able to hear your Music and or Pupdates messages but not your door chime? Not a problem! We have listed below are some possible reasons and solutions.

• Your door chime program is closed
  • Solution: Click the Doorbell icon on your Taskbar to reopen your Doorbell program
• The music is too loud and is drowning out the door chime
  • Solution: Lower the volume with the music application i.e. Spotify, Pandora, Amazon Music, or iTunes
• Doorbell volume is very low
