CAN I RECEIVE AN CAMERA AUDIT REPORT?
YES! At any time, simply email campercamsupport@cbwcorp.com for a specific camera report. You will receive something similar to the below for your review.
WHY DONT I SEE MY CAMERAS ON MY DASHBOARD?
Standard Camp networks are not designed for the network infrastructure needed to add the specific links to the dashboard. Each current Status Monitor is an open port in your Camp's firewall. In order to enable the additional status monitors for each camera, we would need to add an additional 15-30 open ports in your firewall (based on the number of cameras) and this would certainly result in a failed PCI compliance test.
