Is your lobby display saying 'No Signal' or has a black/blue screen? Please see the resolution steps below!
Step 1: Please make sure your TV is powered on for troubleshooting. Make sure your TV is turned on and on the correct input. The correct input can be determined by locating which HDMI port on the TV the HDMI cable is plugged into (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, etc). To select the correct input, use your remote control or the manual buttons on the TV itself. By clicking source or input, you can select the correct option for your display.
Step 2: Locate the HDMI inputs on either side, both at the TV and at the server. Unplug, then after 3 seconds, simply reconnect the HDMI cable and make sure it is securely connected.
Step 3: Locate the video distributor on either side, both at the TV and the server. Unplug the power cord, then after 15 seconds, simply reconnect the power cord and make sure it is securely connected.
Step 4: Restart your server to send a new signal to your display (please note, you will have to open up display software following reboot). To do this Launch the Pupdates icon on your server desktop!
