Construction View Prerequisites

To have your Camp ready for the Construction View setup, we have outlined Franchisee Prerequisites:

• Power: Franchisee/GC will need to confirm that stable power is available:

  • Plan A (Ideal): The 110 Outlet in the pre-determined data closet.

  • Plan B (Contingent): Extension chord to the pre-determined data closet.

• Internet: Franchisee/GC will need to confirm that stable Internet is available:

  • Plan A (Ideal): Franchisee Required to begin local ISP setup and service prior to construction starting. This will be the most stable solution for this model and, quiet frankly, a great tool for all vendors based on building types and geographic locations.

  • Plan B (Contingent 1): Franchisee Required to provide a Mobile Hot spot solution prior to construction starting.

• Assumption of Liability/Responsibility:

  • Owner/GC will be diligent in helping maintain a stable power, internet, and safe keeping of the Construction Server Cabinet.

  • Owner/GC will be held liable for negligent damages to either the temporary cameras or server cabinet. Normal wear and tear is expected.
