If you plan to change your modem or router in the near future, please reach out to our support team IN ADVANCE so we can prepare and schedule reconfiguration needs for your Camp. All planned ISP changes need to be scheduled early in the week prevent possible interruption of service on the weekend. If this router or modem change is due to an emergency and little notification can be given, please reach out to us as soon as possible with any username and passwords, Tech information, etc. Please expect some downtime during new access and reconfigurations phase! If an onsite service visit is required for system restoration caused by 3rd party ISP or IT companies, camp will be liable for the onsite services charges market rates.
